In 2019, Royal Caribbean partnered with CCC to become our inaugural Case Sponsor. Through this, staff from Royal Caribbean collaborated with our executive committee to design a unique and engaging case that tailored to skills at the undergraduate level. In 2019, Red Bull became our official Energy Sponsor — generously providing 15+ cases of Red Bull to keep our participants, executive committee, and judges energized throughout the challenging day.

In 2019, the UNC Undergraduate Consulting Club joined CCC as our Merchandise Sponsor and generously funded specialty shirts for all participants, as well as supplying resources and student support for the event.

In 2019, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School provided physical and financial support to launch the inaugural Carolina Case Challenge. By providing staff dedication, space for the competition, lunch, snacks, and trophies, our home school laid the foundation for a successful event.
