Through a multifaceted business strategy competition, we bring together talented undergraduate students from across the country to challenge their analytical business skills, create nationwide relationships, and connect students with the unique culture of UNC Kenan-Flagler.
Goals
Carolina Case Challenge aims to provide a high-quality experience to our participants and sponsors, so our team is always thinking critically about how we can improve our operations.

The Undergraduate Business Program (UBP) at UNC Kenan-Flagler is consistently ranked among the Top 10 programs in the U.S. and has educated future business leaders for more than a century. We foster a truly collaborative, participatory, and team-based learning culture. Beyond their mastery of business essentials, our students are regularly praised by employers for having engaging personalities, great attitudes, and excellent team skills.
At any given time, the UBP is educating approximately 1,000 undergraduate students from a diverse set of backgrounds with an even more diverse set of interests. We aim to provide students with a transformational experience through curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular programs that help them achieve their post-baccalaureate goals, have a positive impact on their communities, and do business the Carolina Way.
